Antivirus 2009 ( MicroAV Security Center )

This is very nasty and difficult to remove malware that pretends to be a virus cleaner.  It attempts to extort $$ from the user by asking them to register the software to remove non-existent malware.

It also alters the registry and disables windows restore, the task manager, access to my computer, my documents, run command etc.
