Printer Spool Directory

This directory can be used to store all the print images for a day.

Let us say you are working remotely at a nursing home with no printer access.  You can still generate all your letters as normal and when you get back to your office, you can use the Reports/Batch Printing tab to pull all the letters you generated for that day and place this in this directory.  You can then batch print them in Windows by dragging all the files to the printer.
